The establishment is 100% gluten free and each option is made from nutrient dense whole foods, which are some of my go-to requirements for what I eat. I found this amazing establishment through the pilates studio I like to frequent and it is a blessing & a curse that I did as I would eat here every single day. I appreciated the waiter's attention to detail and the care he took in making sure I had a safe dining experience that I possibly could in a kitchen that was not 100% gluten free. The waiter even made sure I had a gluten free dessert made for me, which was very kind. This waiter answered all my questions and took extra care in my food - for example, I ordered something I wanted to try and it was delivered & he come by to see if it was prepared correctly for me and saw that it was not - he kindly took that dish away and had it completely remade for me without the part that was not gluten-free. The menu did not have any indications of what was or could be gluten free, so I had an in depth conversation with the waiter. This is definitely a restaurant that needs reservations and to those looking for a fine dining experience.
